How you lift matters more than how much you lift.
Before you pile on the plates, make sure your technique is solid. Good form keeps you safe, targets the right muscles, and helps you get stronger without risking injury. Bad form—especially with heavy weight—can lead to breakdowns instead of breakthroughs.
Whether you’re deadlifting, squatting, or pressing, focus on quality reps with control and alignment. Once your form is locked in, the strength (and the weight on the bar) will follow.
